- No PHI in outputs: Generated content never includes Protected Health Information
- De-identification required: All uploaded data must be de-identified per Safe Harbor standards
- Automatic disclaimers: Healthcare content includes "Results may vary" and similar required language
- Compliance review: Every healthcare content piece includes a compliance checklist
- No patient data storage: System does not store or process patient records
